When God moves he MOVES!
Our mortgage resets in January next year. We decided to start the modification process when we get back from Ukraine. So in the mail today comes a letter that our bank is modifying our mortgage. Starting January 2009, our loan will keep the same interest rate and payments for FIVE YEARS!!!All we have to do is send their offer back with a notarized acceptance letter and it is a done deal!!!
So not only are we notarizing POA's and a will, but an acceptance letter too, in the morning. This is such a relief. And how cool we got this in the mail the day before we leave.
